Welcome to Quayside my town by the seaside!
WELCOME TO QUAYSIDE MY TOWN BY THE SEASIDE
Thank you for visiting my blog and thanks even more if you decide to follow :-) I really do enjoying doing it and love to share my projects with you all! In the village at last count I had 18 houses, 14 little roombox size shops, 3 half houses, and 1 half church (half being just a front!) there's also 1 quarter of a house (just half of a front lol) 2 market stalls, 3 market carts and beach huts on the beach although theres always seems to be room for just one more!
I also have a my 1st house a traditional Victorian manor which is very special as it was bought with money left to me by my beloved Nan. There's also my witches house and a witches shop. I also have a lovely Honeychurch house which is my Christmas shop and house and my latest venture a little vintage cottage. But the bulk of my property empire is Quayside, my little Cornish seaside village full of lovely individual cottages and all its wonderful residents. This has become a real labour of love and has turned me from a Dolls house fan into a complete and utter addict! The links below will take you to each of my houses and I especially hope you enjoy your visit to Quayside :-)

Blackberry Cottage Bakery and Bisto
I managed to get a couple of filled bakery counters on Ebay for just over £3 each plus a couple of pounds postage. They came yesterday but were much too low and the wrong colour.
I added some sides to raise them up, painted them white and added the printed paper and bunting. Bethany made the sign for me and now it looks a much better fit.
I made Maria a new pinny so she matched the decor!
I made the pizza clock from an image and a button.......
and put a little chain across the stairs......
Also had a bit of a sort out in Luigis kitchen.
Added some labels to the spice jars on the dresser.........
I made the little windowsill so he could have some nice fresh herbs and also made the little blind and a couple of Italian cook books.
Also made some blinds and about 5 feet of bunting lol I do get carried away with it!
I need to get a few more things to fill it a little more. Bought some olive oil and a jar of olives from Ebay today and then just need my bakers shelves but am hanging on for a little while til I have some spare pennies or sooner if I can persuade my OH that they would be a lovely Easter prezzie lol!!
I changed the colour scheme in the bakery so it was a bit different to the cafe. That gave me lots of spare bunting and seem such a shame to waste it so I used it on the outside of the cafe :-)
The Bakery is so cute.I love it.Congratulations.Hugs
ReplyDeletelove it all, so colourful, the bunting adds a lovely touch
